Job Description:

Job Summary The successful candidate should be a motivated self-starter who is energetic and able to work in a fast paced organization. The candidate should possess: Strong leadership skills The ability to multi-task Strong communication skills and work within assigned deadlines Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Ensures that front desk agents are checking guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient, courteous and professional manner Responds to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner Setting goals, providing feedback to front desk agents Preparing weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing needs and labor forecasts Monitor and develop team member performance in include, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and performance evaluations Recruit, interview and train employees Ensure compliance with company standards Requirements include but are not limited to the following: 3 years of hotel front desk management experience Flexibility in hours and days worked- nights and weekends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must display very good organization and time management skills Location: Danvers Massachusetts Interstate Hotels & Resorts is an EEO/AA/Minorities/Female/Disabled/Veterans Employer.
