JOB TITLE:--Sr.--Marketing Coordinator FLSA STATUS:----Exempt----SUMMARY:----The--Marketing Coordinator--develops--and executes--the plans and strategies to accomplish that.--The--marketing coordinator stays informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. Day to day,--s/he--may draft reports,--create--or coordinate content, track results, build relationships with sales teams, and otherwise support all marketing strategies. Often,--s/he--acts as the intermediary between creative and account teams.--The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.----ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES--include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.--Generate content for Plate--Nextdoor's--digital channels, case studies, and--eBooks.--Coordinate key marketing activities including SEO, advertising, email marketing, and trade shows.--Report on, provide analysis and implement ongoing optimization of marketing channels.--Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition/conversion opportunities.--Manage relationships with outside vendors like advertising agencies, website production companies, and others as needed.--Maintain and help develop Plate--Nextdoor's--marketing plan, with a focus on high growth revenue and ROI for marketing costs.----MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS--EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:--Bachelor's Degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar field.--4+ years' experience--in a marketing or public relations role.--Writing and creating content in a professional setting.--A well-developed sense of humor.----KNOWLEDGE OF:--Organic Social Media Growth--Project Management----ABILITY TO:--Communicate effectively verbally and in writing--Facilitate and promote collaborative decision-making--Promote consensus among groups of individuals with diverse interests and values--Research, analyze and synthesize--information to form--meaningful recommendations--Maintain effective working relationships with individuals and groups in a multicultural and diverse community--Comply with--company--policies and follow procedures----REPORTING--RELATIONSHIP:--Chief--Executive Officer--or designee--PHYSICAL DEMANDS:----The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
