But we're proud of what we've accomplished---and---we're humble enough to admit that we need you to make us even more effective.Mendix is looking for a Campaign Strategist / Manager (possibly Sr. Manager) to join the Corporate Marketing Team. In this role, you will be the primary driver of global marketing activities targeted at increasing opportunity conversion and the velocity of deal progression. You will play a key role in agile marketing at Mendix, operating as the product owner of all programs and campaigns produced by a cross functional "Lead Conversion" team. As the product owner you will be responsible for developing campaigns pitches, prioritizing campaigns based on level of business impact, and managing the execution of campaigns from ideation to optimization.The ideal candidate for this role possesses an ability to balance strategic thinking with execution. You are comfortable developing campaigns from the ground up and thrive in moments where you need to determine experiments to test and ways to drive forward. You are confident interpreting data and using your insights to drive program development. You are a great communicator and able to facilitate alignment across teams and departments, that leads to results in the market.Responsibilities:-- Develop data-driven campaigns and programs, such as nurture paths, webinars, paid campaigns, and new content assets, that increase conversion throughout the sales funnel, with a focus on planning, execution, and optimization-- Understand the state of our sales funnel and work collaboratively with regional marketing and sales teams to identify the levers to increase velocity of deal progression-- Analyze and communicate program performance to key stakeholders, including marketing leadership and sales, and work to optimize those programs-- Effectively measure progress towards funnel KPIs, penetration of target accounts, and sales enablement and work to optimize to achieve goals-- Map persona buyer's journeys through all available channels and work with a cross-functional team to implement journey enhancements that better meet each of our target personas with the content they most need-- Function as the product owner of the Lead Conversion Agile Marketing Team, managing prioritization and quality of output for a cross-functional team of collaborators, including design, product marketing, marketing ops and customer marketing.Qualifications:-- Experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing-- A minimum of 7 years' experience working in demand/growth marketing or sales facing roles-- Salesforce experience-- Marketo experience preferred (or other marketing automation)-- Engagio experience a plus#LI-AG1Our Guiding PrinciplesWhile we live on different continents, speak different languages, and work on different things, we are bound by our "MendixBlue" guiding principles.
