The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer journey.--Corporate Marketing's Content Marketing & SEO team is in search of a rockstar multimedia content creator who has practical knowledge of video production and direction to create original video programming and establish best practices across channels. This individual must be able to both create video concepts and write general copy for treatments, specific channels and for talent.The person who assumes this role will join a dynamic and collaborative team of marketers responsible for creating and publishing high-quality, high-performing brand awareness and campaign-driven content for both prospective and current clients across the various roles and functions that Gartner serves. Content is managed, produced and measured via multiple internal and external platforms and tools.What You Will Do:This individual will partner with the Creative Center of Excellence to create original editorial content inspired by Gartner's research and experts and work with marketing, conference and sales partners to develop programming with maximum impact to turn prospects into attendees and clients.-- Among your responsibilities:--

  • Develop original content ideas for videos requested by corporate and marketing stakeholders aligned with video marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with leadership and partners to develop overall programming strategy and video series--
  • Analyze pre-existing content, content strategy, and programming slate for opportunities to optimize content and programming strategy
  • Write video concepts and storyflow for video ideas for on demand video requests as well as strategic programming series
  • Work with a video editor to fine tune the edit once the shoot is completed
  • Work with stakeholder team's existing video ideas to fine tune for video execution
  • Partner with SEO team to ensure videos receive maximum discoverability for organic views
  • Optimize, package, and tag video content for digital distribution
  • Maintain and optimize Gartner YouTube channel and distribution plans
  • Work with social and edit teams on cross promotion distribution strategy and implementation
  • Guide and monitor traffic analysis and contribute future coverage plans based on data insights What You Will Need:
    • 7 years experience working with media, television, digital media and/or video
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Video Production, Film, or related fields
    • Well-rounded portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to lead video content creation across platforms supporting multiple product categories and marketing strategies
    • Experience in creative series development and growing YouTube channel
    • Working knowledge of the various short form/social media platforms and best practices of content storytelling on these platforms
    • An eye for detail with a high level of accuracy--
