If our commitment inspires you, we invite you to consider joining our team.As a Marketing Associate on the Institutional Marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role by helping support our strategic business pursuits, assisting at key stages of the opportunity from the RFP through to the final pitch.In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team's existing talents: For this Marketing Associate role, we need someone with proven writing, presentation, and project management skills to help advance our business-to-business sales and retention efforts. This role will allow for cross-functional collaboration and exposure with ample growth opportunities.Responsibilities:Support development of proposals; understand RFP requirements; develop and pro-actively manage process; write original content as required; develop and manage content databases; assist in format, review, and edit of final documents, partner collaboratively with subject matter experts across the organization; QA/QC all work products and ensure timelines are metOwn presentation development for large business pursuits; use existing content to craft compelling narratives to win new sales and retain existing clients; develop new presentation content as requiredAssist marketing team on other related initiativesRequirements:A minimum of 2 years of relatable professional experience, with a focus on B2B marketing preferredStrong proficiency in Powerpoint a requirementAn interest in design helpful but not requiredAn exceptional communicator with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to create and edit content as necessary with consistent and impactful messagingExcellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under timelinesAbility to build relationships and work cross-functionallyIndustry experience helpful, but not requiredBachelor's degree requiredPreference to those located in Greater Boston region, but remote candidates will also be consideredAbout Edelman Financial EnginesSince 1986, Edelman Financial Engines has been committed to always acting in the best interests of our clients.
