THE POSITION Outcomes4Me is hiring a Senior Associate, Growth Marketing to help drive our growth strategy on paid channels both for mobile (Google UAC, Facebook, Apple Search) and the web (Google Search, Facebook) with the goal of reaching cancer patients through digital advertising. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and clinical teams to develop user acquisition strategies that connect patients with resources that improve their health outcomes and drive the growth of Outcomes4Me. What you'll do: Manage digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Apple Search (if you don---t have experience on all 3, that---s okay) Work with agencies or freelancers and in-house team to develop creative assets and new messaging ideas Proactively make recommendations of new tactics and strategies to test through our paid digital media efforts Track performance of key metrics and KPIs on a weekly basis Adjust strategies quickly based on insights and opportunities Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance including creative, messaging, landing page, optimization event, and audience tests Who you are: 2 years hands-on experience in paid digital marketing Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying and optimization (Paid Search, Social, or App Search) either at an agency or in-house Deep familiarity with conversion metrics Proficiency in data analysis with excel or google sheets for A/B testing, and metrics-driven performance marketing Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution, like appsflyer, google analytics, or Amplitude This full-time hybrid role is based in Boston, MA.
