This growth led to Withings Health Solutions, a B2B division dedicated to working with health care professionals, payers, providers, and chronic condition management programs to leverage patient-generated data using remote monitoring and the Withings portfolio of best-in-class medical devices. Withings Health Solutions is a fast growing division within Withings and we are looking for a talented marketing individual to help us extend our reach and scale our new customer growth in the United States. About The Role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join the Health Solutions marketing team and assist in executing our demand generation strategy for new customer acquisition. The Growth Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Demand Generation Manager and will play an integral role in deploying advertising tactics that build brand equity, engage prospective buyers, drive traffic, and generate marketing qualified leads for the sales team. This is a hands-on position, where you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a cohesive buyer---s journey that is integrated across digital and offline channels (email, events, paid search, social, website). This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of three in-office days working out of our Boston office and may include minimal travel to customer events. Responsibilities Requirements Development and deployment of pre-purchase marketing tactics, including email nurture campaigns, content downloads, webinar designs, and digital and print advertising Collaborate with brand marketing, creative, sales operations, and product teams and external agencies to run growth-specific channel tests, identify channel and audience optimizations, and test new partner opportunities Optimize website, landing pages, and email campaigns for qualified lead generation and pipeline conversion to closed-won revenue Build event-based marketing automations that align with and improve the customer journey Partner with Demand Generation Manager and Sales Operations to develop forecasts and executive level reporting for channel performance and scalability Assist with budget tracking and month-end expense reconciliation Proofread and quality assurance check marketing materials for clarity, grammar, spelling and brand image Requirements Enthusiasm for Withings' preventive health mission and the potential of technology to improve our lives 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance / product / lifecycle marketing Experience working in the healthcare industry at a technology company or in B2B marketing strongly preferred Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added bonus Experience executing marketing campaigns through email, webinars/events, paid ads, website, paid social media, etc. Proficient using marketing CRM & MarTech tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc. Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS Outcomes-focused with diligence to track KPIs (e.g. impressions, leads, CPC, CPL, CPA, response rate, etc.) and a successful track record of developing hypotheses, testing, and iterating to drive results Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude Exemplary time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at different phases of development Keen attention to detail with a patience for proofreading Strong written and oral communication skills High level of curiosity and investigative mindset that stays on top of emerging media and marketing trends to evaluate best practices, new approaches, publisher models, and technologies Interest in working for a dynamic entrepreneurial company where you---ll have an impact Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Free Food & Snacks Fitness Club Reimbursement Healthcare & Dependent Care FSA Commuter FSA Bike-to-work benefit
