POSITIONSENIOR MARKETING & CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE - The Senior Marketing & Client Service Associate is responsible for managing the firm's RFP content management system and principally supporting the RFP/DDQ efforts of the firm's sub-advisory business and Western territory. The individual will work on a small team tasked with content management and RFP/DDQ completion working across all functional departments at the firm. Additionally, the individual will assist with client service, consultant relations and territory management.REPORTING TOJenny A Muller, CFA - Partner, Marketing & Client ServiceCOMPENSATIONCompensation is in the form of base salary, participation in the Westfield Capital staff bonus pool subject to personal performance and firm profitability.REQUIREMENTSCandidates should be conversant in investment concepts and performance analysis with three to five years of related experience in RFPs, equity investing and/or the investment management business. The individual needs to possess self-confidence and be a good communicator as this individual will be working across departments to lead the firm's content management system for RFPs. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ideal candidate must be able to efficiently manage multiple workflows and deadlines.The ideal candidate would have:

• Good follow-through and communication skills with both internal and external contacts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Experience with RFPs preferredRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the firm's RFP database content and be the liaison between the Marketing & Client Service group and other business functions
  • Act as a primary respondent to Sub-advisory and Western territory Requests for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires
  • Contribute to the internal and external distribution of product and performance information including quarter-end client, consultant and database updates
  • Create custom content to help better position Westfield and our strategies in the marketplace
  • Develop a deep knowledge of Westfield's strategies and marketplace environment to enhance the RFP process
  • Produce marketing and client presentations ensuring accuracy and striving to add value to new business meetings by upgrading and enhancing booklet content based on feedback from prior meetings
  • Work directly with team leads to effectively prepare all participants for client, consultant and prospect meetings
  • Assist in new channel development activities including direct prospecting, the set up and launch of new product vehicles and supporting current and new distribution partners
