Job Description: The Marketing Communications Analyst position plays a key role within the Marketing Communications Team (MarComm), helping to develop, execute, and oversee questionnaires related to supporting our new and existing business efforts. The Marketing Communications Analyst will be responsible for responding to various business-related questionnaires, including Requests for Proposals ("RFPs"), Due Diligence Questionnaires ("DDQs") and recurring quarterly questionnaires. In addition, the Marketing Communications Analyst will also be responsible for certain monthly and quarterly reporting, and various ad hoc projects and requests. This position offers exposure to all aspects of buy side fixed income asset management, and will include regular interaction with all areas of IR+M including the Investment and Client Service Teams. Responsibilities: --- Complete RFP/RFI/DDQs, questionnaires and ad hoc inquiries, manage process from initial assignment through final review, taking into consideration quality, consistency, and adherence to strict deadlines --- Provide peer reviews for questionnaire work completed by other members of the Marketing Communications Team --- Leverage Excel-based internal reports for data --- Collaborate with subject-matter experts around the firm to create custom responses and confirm existing responses as needed --- Build knowledge of various IR+M products and fixed income strategies over time as a means to enhance productivity and response sophistication --- Make suggestions and initiate process improvements in order to manage risks, increase efficiency, and improve quality and response turnaround times --- Participate in ad-hoc projects and other team/business initiativesRequired Skills and Experience: --- 3+ years investment industry experience with exposure to RFP writing helpful --- Superior communication skills - verbal and written --- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint a plus --- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines --- Ability to work on multiple high priority requests simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities --- Collaborative mindset and ability to work and communicate effectively within a cross-functional team environment --- Experience with online databases and software (eVestment) preferred but not necessary --- Experience with RFPIO or other proposal software programs preferred but not necessary Education Requirement: --- Bachelor's Degree required
