Organizations can streamline any data-driven process - from strategic planning to complex predictive analytical models or operational performance monitoring.The Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager understands best practices across the B2B marketing industry and spearheads consistent updating of marketing programs. This person will work cross-functionally with other leaders in the organization and will be hands-on, and at times self-sufficient, to pull reports necessary to uncover insights on our marketing performance. In addition, the ideal candidate is service-oriented, has a can-do attitude, and will serve as a trusted advisor to the CMO on how to handle the backend of campaigns and programs for the best reporting to track Marketing ROI. This individual will work closely with the digital marketing team and the CMO to set goals and manage the top of the funnel reporting. This is a key role that will be at the center of our team's success-using data to spot trends, make significant improvements and create reports to measure results.Responsibilities to include:

  • Establish and maintain the processes needed to measure lead qualification and conversion to opportunities
  • Develop and manage key revenue and marketing funnel metrics to drive revenue growth and enable marketing forecasting
  • Report on lead KPIs as they relate to the pipeline, revenue, and cost of customer acquisition
  • Operationalize a standard marketing process, reporting systems, and analytic tools
  • Partner with the digital marketing team to make improvements and recommendations for the lead scoring model-develop, maintain, optimize, and report on SLA with Revenue Operations Team
  • Support the evaluation of new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Own funnel analytics, KPIs, and reporting to assist CMO with Executive and Board reports
  • Provide analyses and interpretations of campaign data and market insights to identify key drivers for improvement. Reconcile marketing program spend to the planned budgets.
  • Report on database health and advise on list-building to increase marketable audience
  • Proactively surface potential challenges s within the marketing funnel and work with Marketing/Field/Sales leaders to create action plans
  • Proactively recommend areas of improvement within Marketing processes, data management/collection, and analytic models
  • Build data models that can be used by marketing program owners to understand the efficacy of their programs
  • Maintain consistent reporting cadences across the marketing org and use our data to communicate performance, areas for improvement, and shared successes or failures
  • Distill large datasets into actionable insights for teams by building dashboards in reporting/analytic platforms for proactive and reactive needs
  • Deliver actionable ad-hoc intelligence and recommendations to leaders as needed
  • Partner tightly with Revenue Operations Team to ensure processes and best practices are set to maintain the integrity of inbound dataThe ideal candidate profile would include:
    • 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing analyst role
    • Experience in B2B Marketing and SaaS in the technology space
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with HubSpot reporting
    • Highly analytical and able to report marketing performance to senior management
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce
    • Strong analytical skills (including strong proficiency in Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
    • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution
    • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
    • Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness
    • B.A or B.S. degree
