SUMMARYThe Product Manager is responsible for supporting management of the pre-launch and launch activities of the BrainsWay Deep TMS family of products, systems, therapies, and services. In addition, this role acts as a marketing "center of excellence" for supporting our current customers in growth of their patient base and referral networks, in conjunction with the Practice Development Team and partner agencies.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Execute strategic pre-launch and launch activities for BrainsWay products and services

  • Define requirements, timelines, and deliverables for new products and services in partnership with customers, agencies, and BrainsWay team members - notably R&D, Sales, Operations, and QA
  • Determine targeting and messaging strategy for key strategic initiatives
  • Develop materials in conjunction with creative team for use in sales efforts, marketing efforts, and customer success efforts
  • Conduct training with field team members on new tools and initiatives
  • Manage lifecycle of existing products

    Execute live programs to build sales pipeline of field sales team and cultivate patient awareness
    • Plan and coordinate strategy and logistics of professional conferences, advocacy events, and other tradeshows
    • Assist sales team, practice development, and customers in networking events, dinner programs, and lunch-and-learn events
      Coordinate customer marketing support initiatives and content, in conjunction with Practice Development Team and partner agencies
      • Develop and manage strategic marketing partnerships
      • Create templates and tools for customers to leverage for patient base and referral network building efforts
      • Analyze customer performance data sources to improve marketing support capabilities
      • Manage printing and fulfillment centers to ensure ease of access to sales and marketing assets
      • Monitor incoming general inquiries and manage new customer kit fulfillment
        Communicate initiatives and strategies to BrainsWay field team members and senior management
        • Support efforts to improve efficiency and hone strategic direction of US team, in conjunction with Sales Leaders and the Director of National Training
        • Play a thought-leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices within the company
        • Effectively build relationships within the marketing, sales, and practice development teams
          • Self-motivated and solution-oriented
          • Strong communication and presentation skills
          • Ability to work effectively as a member of a regionally diverse team in a fast-paced environment
          • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
          • Attention to detail and analytical mindset
          • Strong time-management skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
          • Willingness to learn new things and assist other functions as needed
          • High standards for customer satisification and support
          • Preferred - understanding of medical device industry and regulations
            • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in related discipline
            • 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, or event planning

              No relocation or sponsorship is available for this role. This role is required to travel about 30% of the time.
