About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. The Marketing Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for administering HubSpot as well as the other platforms used by our marketing team. In addition to managing HubSpot, the Marketing Operations Manager will support the selection, rollout, and adoption of other marketing systems and tools that improve our effectiveness and increase our ROI on marketing campaigns. The Marketing Operations Manager will report to the Manager of Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot:

    • Manage users, including profiles and permissions
    • Update and maintain lead scoring rules
    • Create and manage forms
    • Route leads (within HubSpot)
    • Improve and document processes; train marketing team members
    • Manage data uploads, workflows, and campaign tracking
    • Partner with marketing team to develop and implement strong practices for HubSpot marketing database cleaning and lead segmentation
    • Partner with marketing team to use advanced HubSpot features to segment, nurture, and convert leads into customers
    • Partner with Salesforce Admin team to maintain HubSpot Salesforce integration, troubleshoot lead and field syncing issues, and pull targeted campaign lists for prospect and client campaigns

    • Manage complex and highly technical projects and ensure smooth rollout across functional teams
    • Manage vendor relationships for marketing platforms and tools
    • Support the creation of reports and dashboards representing performance from marketing efforts within HubSpot and Salesforce
    • Create and manage SFDC campaigns
    • Support implementation and high-quality integration of new marketing technology with HubSpot (e.g. Bizzabo, Chili Piper, Zapier)
    • Partner with legal and security to guide our current website privacy statement based on current marketing practices

      Our Ideal Candidate Has:

      • 3+ years of experience as an advanced HubSpot user
      • 1+ year as HubSpot Administrator Experience (preferred certification in one or more of the following: Inbound Marketing, Revenue Operations, HubSpot Reporting, and HubSpot Sales Software)
      • Experience creating HubSpot and Salesforce reports and dashboards to measure ROI
      • Demonstrated success with change management in a high-growth environment
      • Careful approach to data management and change management; history of testing things first, and ensuring that changes do not adversely impact HubSpot or Salesforce instance and data quality
      • Strong knowledge of Lead Generation and Lead Distribution processes; includes understanding of Marketing campaigns and any other Demand Generation initiatives.
      • Ability to communicate key information quickly and effectively at the "headline" and detailed level
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
