The number of family caregivers will include 60M, family caregivers. CareAcademy is uniquely positioned to enable our rapidly growing customer base to fuel their growth through a powerful SaaS platform supporting the education of direct care workers and family caregivers. Job Summary:The VP of Marketing Role:We are looking for an exceptional and experienced VP of Marketing to direct and oversee go-to-market and our marketing department. You will design, implement, execute, and monitor effective marketing plans that align with overall business and sales goals. We're looking for someone who can think from a 30,000-foot view and can make it happen on the ground. The VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will oversee the marketing team. Our ideal candidate has a strong marketing background and work experience in product-led growth, SMB sales, branding, and enterprise scaling. Our data-driven marketing leader will read and share insights from the market to help CareAcademy scale its product-led effort and enterprise scaling. We'd love to hear from you if you have experience: Owning the strategic and tactical components of growth marketing.Understanding, leveraging, and sharing data and leveraging those insights.Working and scaling post-Series B companies to double-digit millions of revenue growth. Inspiring, managing, building, and scaling highly effective marketing and growth teams.Holding yourself and the team accountable to hitting growth and engagement goals.Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve product sales goals.Determining and assessing the need for additional staff and/or consultants and recruiting make the appropriate recruitments as needed & necessary. Using best practices and tools for project execution and management.Delivering progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.As VP of Marketing, your duties include: Creating and managing our efforts on product-led growth as part of the majority of SMB sales.Build and manage a world-class marketing team that aligns with the objectives of CareAcademy. Develop strategies to measurably drive traffic to the website, and increase digital experiences, online conversion rate, sales, and retention.Managing various promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns, digital marketing techniques, and creating novel techniques for a newly digitized home care market.Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.Define best-in-class practices for each marketing channel to drive sales, profit, and engagement while also testing and launching new channels and products. Work closely with the sales team to develop a list of top marketing targets, and strategies, and measure their effectiveness. Work closely with the product team and sync regularly have regular syncs to provide feedback, design and run tests, and integrate feedback into the overall marketing strategy.Planned, create and execute go-to-market plans to launch unique customized products while working with various in-house teams and partners to include, engineering, marketing, sales, licensing, and customer support.Develop and continually refine customer acquisition and retention strategy across all channels, including search, social media, referral, influencer, and email campaigns. Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.Measure and understand our customer lifecycle and develop growth strategies to improve retention and increase the customer lifetime value.Qualifications:At least 12+ years of marketing experience while managing a scaling team or an M minimum of five years of a director- level experience or above position overseeing marketing team in B2B SaaSs companies at 15MM - 50MM ARR companies.
