Job Description: Marketing Director and Team Lead for Fidelity s Established Product Line As a B2B Marketing Director and Team Lead you ll focus on Fidelity s well established and successful Workplace Investing products. These include Personalized Planning & Advice, Retirement Income, Executive Services and Defined Benefits.The WI product marketing team is looking for enthusiastic marketer with eye for creativity driven by data. Do you have a strong digital background with product marketing and enjoy working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment? In this role, you ll use those skills to blend business and digital marketing expertise to deliver outstanding modern marketing strategies.The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the strategic marketers in this team and will be a critical member of Fidelity s Workplace Investing marketing team. You ll work with the business partners for each product and ensure marketing strategies are aligned to their goals. Working within a cross-functional team, you'll develop marketing strategies that bring these highly acclaimed products to market.Your responsibilities will include working with the other product marketers on the team along with sales, relationship management and other partners to create and deliver integrated marketing plans and channel strategies using consistent messaging.Fidelity is dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment.   • Conceptualize and support the execution of multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Partner with the marketing analytics team across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Collaborate with email, performance marketing and marketing automation to design, test, measure and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Supervise the work crafted by internal agency team, guide creative direction to meet objectives for marketing primarily focused on digital marketing, sales support and relationship management support.
  • Present ideas, work in progress and final work as well as results to partners and product teams, and connect with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgetsSkills and QualificationsBachelor s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.10+ years successfully developing and completing marketing plans and campaigns with a proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.Experience in B2B, B2B2C companies, or employee benefits desiredProficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, specifically SalesForce in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads for our sales teams and ultimately into converted customersStrong management, multitasking, and decision-making skills and the ability to lead multiple projects at once with an outstanding level of detail orientation; bias for action and ownership to ---get it done--- by handling timelines with internal and external partners.Solid track record of establishing relationships across all levels while questioning the norm as you drive innovation.Strong written/verbal skills, including running meetings, public speaking, PowerPoint and Mural.Work with a strong team of marketers in a matrixed environment while building positive relationships with internal partners.
