The Role:The Enterprise Marketing Organization at Eliassen Group is searching for a Marketing Growth Partner for our Talent Solutions line of business. This highly visible role will be a versatile marketing leader who will own marketing strategy, growth, and execution in direct collaboration with our marketing center of excellence team, along with our business line leaders. The balanced marketing approach will focus on digital content creation and campaigns, event management, co-marketing partner event initiatives, and pipeline generation. In addition, this role will have a seat on the marketing leadership team. This is a newly created position that will be vital to the growth of the Talent Solutions business.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of marketing experience working within a consulting organization and will have the ability to learn and adapt within a high-growth company. The role will report to the SVP-Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Drive marketing strategy and execution based on organizational commitments.
  • KPIs: Regularly interface and report out results to the Business Leaders based on set KPIs.
  • Digital: Drive strategic planning of inbound marketing, outbound marketing, and lead generation programs.
  • Campaign Strategy and Performance: Recommend campaigns to promote services and events, which the center of excellence team will execute, while creating transparency and visibility for campaign performance on a regular basis.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Be a marketing champion by building strong partnerships and credibility with business leaders within Talent Solutions - simultaneously representing the Enterprise Marketing function to the Talent Solutions businesses and bringing the needs back into the Enterprise Marketing function as a whole.
  • Pipeline Generation: Support pipeline opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Be accountable for managing a set marketing budget.
    Requirements:
    • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related degree
    • B2B experience across a wide range of marketing / demand generation functions within a staffing, talent services, or consulting organization
    • Track record of building a strong marketing strategy to complement organizational commitments
    • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs
    • Proficient in marketing industry tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
    • Strong time management skills based on Agile methodology are a plus
    • Curiosity and willingness to stay ahead of new marketing trends that align with business needs
    • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge of trends and best practices with teammates and leaders
