Role: Senior Events Marketing ManagerDuration:06 MonthLocation: Boston MADaily Responsibilities:Work with the team to lead and execute 3rd Party sponsorship deliverables for the US business. Deliverables include (but not limited to) logo submission, speaker bios/headshot, booth coordination - setup/breakdown, giveaway selection, contract and vendor management.Project Description:This position will manage the planning and delivery for 3rd Party Conference sponsorships and client-hosted events in the US. Working in a highly collaborative environment, interacting closely with sales and investment teams Plan and deliver events to support highly targeted audiences across institutional investors Work with and lead relationships with third-party events agencies, to project manage successful events. Includes liaising with third parties and fulfilling all requirements as specified by such partiesMust-have Skills:Previous experience in an event manager role within investment management or within a financial institution The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively with a high level of activity and changing priorities, particularly the ability to deliver high quality in a short time frame Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both oral and written and an exceptional attention to detail Experience of working with and managing third-party supplier / agency relationships.ThanksSanjiv Kumar
