Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, and Certification) Services, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Business Assurance team. The Business Assurance group of Intertek provides a full range of business process audit and support services, including management systems certification, custom supplier audits, and training. Our range of services helps to ensure customer management systems are optimized to facilitate successful growth. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Business Assurance business by participating in a variety of activities to support the Americas Business Assurance business unit's marketing program. Duties include both clerical and projectbased work. Duties: Content writing for whitepapers, presentations, web, flyers, etc. Assist Marketing Director with the execution of regional marketing plans, including but not limited to: web/print advertising, tradeshows/events, direct/email marketing, public relations, internal communications, and market research. Prepare and maintain marketing collateral, including but not limited to: literature, presentations, sales proposals, and website. Coordinate with marketing, sales, technical, and operations groups to facilitate customer-facing events such as tradeshows, seminars, and training. Manage inventory of printed collateral and branded items. Fulfill requests and reorder stock when necessary. Monitor and respond to inbound leads and customer requests on a daily basis. Process leads and maintain customer data on the company's CRM system. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and other members of the Business Assurance and Industry team as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or work experience. Past marketing experience and/or qualifications is required. Past experience working in a B2B industry with diverse, global teams is a plus. Strong copy-writing skills with the ability to translate technical information into easy-to understand content, appropriate to various applications; e.g. press releases, case studies, web content, etc. Experience implementing successful marketing campaigns and ability to report/track these. Can-do person who is comfortable multi-tasking. Experienced user of email, internet, and MS Office programs. Past experience with CRM programs. Past experience of developing SEO web content. Past experience with graphic design programs, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver. Experienced user of email marketing systems, including reporting and analytics. Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to project a professional company image through customer interaction. Strong organization and coordination skills with the ability to prioritize workload. Good interpersonal skills. Experience of working and effectively communicating with diverse teams including international peers, groups from other parts of the business such as web teams, other marketing specialists, and senior management.
