Job Description:
Working under the direction of the Manager or Senior Team Lead,
will be responsible for designing, developing and testing
sophisticated software; participating in projects from early design
stages and playing a critical role in driving them to delivery;
advancing the user experience of MathWorks products by developing
the tools and infrastructure needed for MathWorks customers to use
Live Code files; working with internal and external customers in
defining requirements, workflows, priorities, and features;
collaborating with other development teams to creatively invent new
solutions; and designing and implementing high-quality software
systems. Education and Experience: Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or closely
related field (or foreign education equivalent) and no
experience. Special Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in object oriented programming using
MATLAB, C++, Java, or JavaScript; and performing version control
using Perforce. Demonstrated expertise in web development using Java or
JavaScript, including HTML for rich internet content, CSS for
styles, UI development using jQuery or Dojo toolkit frameworks, and
back end development using MATLAB, Java, or C++. Demonstrated expertise developing JavaScript-based UI frameworks
to build rich interactive UI for desktop and mobile platforms. Demonstrated expertise in full stack web development, including
planning, documenting, architectural design and development,
