Job Description:
Working under the direction of the Manager or Senior Team Lead,
will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated
software tests to identify software problems and their causes for
small self-contained projects; writing automated test suites for
unit, integration, and system level tests and conducting manual
testing for Radio Frequency and Analog / Mixed Signal products;
proposing test strategy and writing test procedures for feature
work; documenting and analyzing test results; participating in
product feature development from the early design stages and
assisting in quality assurance testing for final product release of
moderately-complex software; participating in feature design
reviews; reporting bugs and verifying fixes; and evaluating product
quality and performance to ensure final product achieves products
release goals and meets customer requirements. Education and Experience: Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely
related field (or foreign education equivalent) and no
experience. OR Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely
related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years
of experience as a Software Engineer in Test (or related
occupation) performing development, testing, or technical support
of Radio frequency (RF) and Analog and Mixed Signal
applications. Special Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in object-oriented programming in MATLAB,
Simulink, and C/C++. Demonstrated expertise using deep learning frameworks in MATLAB
and Pytorch to implement AI applications; and applying deep
learning algorithms, statistical methods -- linear algebra,
probability, and mathematical optimization -- and machine learning
methods -- classification and regression algorithms -- to build
signal processing applications. Demonstrated expertise using RF measurement and testing tools --
Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Signal Generator and Waveform
Analyzer -- to characterize the performance of RF and microwave
component and systems. Demonstrated expertise performing circuit and system design and
simulation using EDA software in the RF, Antenna and Analog / Mixed
