Job Description:
Working under the direction of the Manager or Senior Team Lead,
will be responsible for contributing to the marketing MathWorks
sophisticated engineering products; assisting in the development of
components of software product models and simulations to
demonstrate the use of MathWorks Verification & Validation product
capabilities in control systems; developing components of technical
engineering demonstrations of MathWorks Simulink and MATLAB
Verification & Validation products to support the companys
marketing activities; assisting senior team members in engagements
with prospective and existing customers to understand their
workflow and identifying relevant MathWorks engineering solutions;
and developing application examples and simulations to demonstrate
how MathWorks engineering software addresses customer needs.
Requires domestic/international travel based on company/client need
(approximately 10%). Education and Experience: Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely
related field (or foreign education equivalent) and no
experience. OR Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely
related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years
of experience as a Product Marketing Engineer (or related
occupation) performing development or product marketing of machine
learning and deep learning applications. Special Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in development and modeling of embedded
systems in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial automation
industries. Demonstrated expertise using MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, and
Simscape to model and simulate embedded systems and perform
hardware testing. Demonstrated expertise building physical models and implementing
control systems including testing and validating control design
through automatic code generation to support model-based design
workflows. Demonstrated expertise developing technical marketing or
customer support demonstrations of modeling, simulation and
analysis software; and creating product demonstration materials,
including creating technical examples, technical presentations, and
