Job Description:

Manages Information Technology (IT) projects to support the implementation
of Human Resources (HR) system upgrades. Plans and coordinates IT aspects
of HR operations pertaining to the management of transformative, user-friendly, program improvements. Formulates policies, manages daily operations, and plans the use of IT materials and resources. Program manages the functional aspects of Oracle Cloud (HRIS) implementation in partnership with HRIS, IT, and global functional HR teams. Identifies and executes initiatives to drive transformation and improve the performance of the worldwide HR team. Acts as the primary program manager for major HR programs and projects. Assesses, designs, and implements processes to continually drive new and innovative ideas and develop creative IT
friendly, program improvements. Formulates policies, manages daily
operations, and plans the use of IT materials and resources. Program
manages the functional aspects of Oracle Cloud (HRIS) implementation in
partnership with HRIS, IT, and global functional HR teams. Identifies and
executes initiatives to drive transformation and improve the performance of
the worldwide HR team. Acts as the primary program manager for major HR
programs and projects. Assesses, designs, and implements processes to
continually drive new and innovative ideas and develop creative IT-based
solutions to problems. Works with leadership to identify business
priorities and develop strategic, effective communication plans to
influence change and effectively manage stakeholders. Supports business
transformation such as integrating an acquired company or reorganization of
the work-force. Evaluates programs and processes to ensure governance and l
legal requirements are met.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Business or related field (willing to accept foreign education
equivalent) plus 5 years of IT program management experience or,
alternatively, a Master's degree and 3 years of experience as noted above.
Experience must include the following: 4 years leveraging Agile
Methodologies to manage programs and projects; 4 years preparing and
implementing IT programs and projects for Human Resources operations; 4
years rolling-out internal and external communications, including brand ma
marketing and social media campaigns; and, 4 years executing change ma
management programs through the creation of strategies and plans.
