Job Description:
Identify, analyze, and report application defects. Assist with
the defect resolution leveraging JIRA and Bugzilla. Write and execute test
cases, documenting results. Verify that corrective actions meet
quality objectives. Write and execute SQL queries to assist in testing
using PostgreSQL. Identify and execute Root Cause Analysis. View log
files and assist developers in performing Root Cause Analysis. Interact
with developers to define the scope of testing. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign education) or higher in
Computer Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field and two
(2) years of experience performing software quality assurance and testing
for client/server, GUI, and web-based applications within a
web-based SaaS domain. domain. Experience to include: * 2 years utilizing Python, PostgreSQL, JAVA, and FunkLoad to
perform functional testing, smoke testing, regression testing, white box
testing, performance testing, and system testing. * 2 years performing automation tests using Selenium WebDriver
within a web- based SaaS domain. * 2 years writing test plans, defining test cases, developing
and maintaining test scripts, and analyzing the results of scripts
utilizing Quality Center, JIRA SoapUI, and Jenkins. * 2 years testing and performing Root Cause Analysis in a
