our facility in top condition. Job Description: We are seeking an
experienced Subaru Technician to join our dynamic service team. The
ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive technology,
particularly Subaru vehicles, and a strong commitment to quality
and efficiency. All our technicians create customized MPI videos
for every vehicle they service. Responsibilities: Diagnose,
maintain, and repair Subaru vehicles including engine,
transmission, electrical, and braking systems. Perform routine
maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Use
diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues and ensure repairs are
done correctly. Follow all manufacturer and dealership procedures
to ensure quality service. Communicate with service advisors to
provide accurate repair estimates and updates on vehicle status.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep abreast of the
latest Subaru technology and participate in ongoing training.
Requirements: Valid driver's license. Technical certification from
an accredited automotive school or equivalent experience is
preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive
technician, with a preference for Subaru or other Asian import
experience. Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and
computer systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
skills. ASE Certification or Subaru Master Technician certification
is highly desirable but not necessary. Excellent communication
skills. Have active NH State Inspection License. What We Offer:
