Job Description:
Ryder, a premier provider of logistics and transportation
solutions, is currently seeking a Diesel Mid Level Technician to
join our dynamic team. At Ryder, innovation and efficiency drive

you will be pivotal in maintaining the high performance and
reliability of our diverse fleet, utilizing your technical skills
to handle complex maintenance tasks, diagnostics, and repairs for
diesel engines and related systems. Perform routine vehicle
maintenance and preventive care according to Ryder's high
standards. Diagnostically evaluate mechanical issues on diesel
engines and propose timely solutions. Conduct extensive repairs to
diesel engines, transmissions, and other major components.
Collaborate with other technicians to meet repair timelines and
ensure operational efficiency. Maintain proper documentation of
service logs and repair orders. Proven expertise in diesel engine
repair and maintenance. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving
skills. Ability to operate specialized repair and diagnostic
equipment. Familiarity with safety procedures and workplace safety
regulations. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k ASE Diesel
Certification strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license; CDL is a
plus.
