Construction Superintendent will be responsible for: Oversee
day-to-day field operations, maintaining safety, schedule, and
quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns
with drawings and specs. Lead weekly jobsite and safety meetings.
Update the project schedule and collaborate with ownership and
design teams. Attend owner meetings and help drive closeout
efforts. Profile The right Super has the following qualifications:
7-10 of Superintendent experience Good tenure with mulitple firms
Local or commutable to the Portland, ME area Has a background in
commerical or affordable housing Job Offer The Super will receive:
