Job Description:
As a Senior Asset Manager at Clean Harbors, you will lead the
strategic management and maintenance of our automotive asset
portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and
sustainability. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of all
automotive assets from acquisition to disposal, aligning with our
commitment to environmental responsibility and safety. You will
work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and
operational excellence in asset management within the automotive
sector. Develop and implement asset management strategies and
processes to extend the life and performance of automotive assets
while minimizing costs. Conduct regular reviews and audits of asset
utilization and maintenance practices to ensure compliance with
environmental and safety regulations. Collaborate with the
procurement team to oversee the acquisition of new automotive
assets, ensuring alignment with sustainability practices. Lead
cross-functional teams in the deployment and integration of asset
management software and systems. Prepare and manage budgets related
to assets, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal.
Provide technical guidance and training to the maintenance team to
enhance asset reliability and efficiency. Generate detailed reports
and presentations on asset performance metrics for senior
management to aid in decision-making. Strong knowledge of asset
management and maintenance strategies in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in asset management software and ERP systems. Excellent
analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to
lead and manage teams effectively. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Commitment to environmental sustainability
and safety standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Asset Management Assessor
(CAMA) or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
is highly preferred.
