Job Description:
Firm that provides services to real estate investors and lenders
is seeking a qualified person to provide services that include:
Preparing property condition reports, Providing project monitoring
services including design document review, construction monitoring,
problem identification and resolution, and preparation of detailed
reports, and Procuring and managing subconsultants as needed
Candidates must have Experience preparing property condition
reports, Experience providing project monitoring services,
Experience managing design and construction of private real estate
projects, Advanced computer skills, and Experience writing clear
and easy to understand reports. Initially, this will be a part-time
position.
