Job Description:
Position Description: Be part of a high-performing business unit
supporting strategic IT pursuits. This role directly enables senior
business engineering and business development leaders to increase
the speed and quality of proactive proposals. You will collaborate
with technical experts and account leaders to translate complex
ideas into clear, compelling narratives. This position is located
in our Burlington, MA office, however a hybrid working model is
acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Support
strategy, solution shaping, and proposal development. . Translate
ambiguous opportunity discussions into structured requirements and
cohesive stories. . Facilitate across technical experts, account
owners, and leadership. . Develop win themes and discriminators. .
Maintain proposal content libraries and support RFx quality. .
Support internal CGI BD processes Required qualifications to be
successful in this role: . 2-4 years of professional consulting
experience. . Demonstrated capability translating solutions into
stand-alone requirements and cohesive stories. . Ability to
facilitate across stakeholders and drive goals. . Strong
organizational skills (critical component) and attention to detail
. Ability to hold complete conversations with IT and Digital
stakeholders. . Strong writing and storytelling capabilities.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: . Experience
supporting technology proposals. . Exposure to analytics or digital
transformation initiatives. Other Information: CGI is required by
law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the
compensation range for this role. The determination of this range
includes various factors not limited to skill set, level,
experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To
support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI
typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range
for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range for this role in the U.S. is $56,700.00 -
