Job Description:

Duties: Build and maintain highly scalable systems for the Warehouse

Management platform to process data for order fulfillment and inventory

management. Build new features using PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Advantage

Architect, GIT and SVN. Create monitoring dashboards using Kibana and

Grafana. Perform software design and full stack development to create

reusable application components. Develop warehouse ops tools using PHP,

jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, and SQL Server. Interface with business

managers to perform requirements gathering, and perform code

development, testing and production deployment to create applications

that meet business needs. Deliver code reviews and understand warehouse

workflow patterns in order to build solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,

Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign

education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience designing

software features using PHP, Java and HTML or, alternatively, a

Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience as noted above. One

year of experience must include: performing web development using PHP,

JavaScript and SQL, and developing web applications to ensure cross-

browser and cross-platform compatibility; performing version control

using GIT and SVN; performing design and development using HTML, CSS and

JavaScript to create scalable applications, and performing full-stack

web programming using PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Moustache and Handlebars;

designing back-end applications using PHP, HTML and JavaScript;

employing engineering and optimization best practices regarding front-

end web standards, code maintainability, page rendering, and browser

performance; performing SQL database development including designing,

queries, triggers and stored procedures, performance tuning and

performing data ETL; utilizing Jenkins and Puppet to deploy application

code into server environments; interfacing with business product leaders

and engineers to gather requirements and translate requirements into

system design; and developing Application Architect code and new

features for warehouse scanners.
