INSTRUCTORS!!!***We are looking for Skills Instructors to join one
of our 3 Adult Day Programs in Wakefield, Woburn, or Beverly,

family-centered services, programs, and support for people with
intellectual and developmental disabilities, throughout their

Instructors are responsible for teaching adaptive daily living
skills to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a
great opportunity to join a fun team who mentor individuals to
enhance independence. Successful applicants will be creative
thinkers who can adapt their own interests, such as art, music, and
health & fitness, to teach individuals new skills.* The pay rate
for a Skills Instructor is $18.00 per hour.* This is a full-time
position working 40 hours per week.* The schedule is Monday -
Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.*Benefits offered...** Pay increase
after 1 year of service, pending a performance evaluation.*

Participating in the development and direct implementation of
curriculum to teach groups in both a classroom setting and out in
the community.* Participating in the development and implementation
of the Individual Support Plan, writing annual assessments and
goals, and attending team meetings as scheduled. Developing and
implementing community-based activities that promote personal
choice, community inclusion, dignity, and respect while enhancing
personal skill development.* Assessing individual training needs,
developing descriptive teaching programs and curricula and
monitoring effectiveness through data collection.* Providing
personal care and assistance to individuals consistent with both
their physical needs and defined support plans.*Qualifications and
Skills** High School diploma is required, a bachelor's degree in
Human Services or a related field is preferred.* At least one year
of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is
preferred, a passion and dedication to supporting our people is a
must.* A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and
reliable transportation is required.* Successful candidates will be
required to complete a background check including references, CORI,
and fingerprinting.*As an organization, we hold ourselves to the
