Workday Payroll/Time Tracking Associate Manager your primary
responsibilities may include:Lead or support the Payroll workstream
on a Workday implementation project.Support the creation of
workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk,
budget, resources, client relationship, etc.Researching and
resolving day to day Workday US Payroll issuesWork with client to
support the new requirements for Payroll in WorkdayCreating and
Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changesProvide
support for regular and special payroll processes in WorkdayProvide
support for post-payroll activities like posting, bank transfer and
pay checks in WorkdayProvide support for Legal and regulatory
reports in WorkdayProvide support for year-end reporting and other
year-end activities in WorkdayManage small on and off-shore
functional teamsIdentify strategies, risks, and options, recommend
approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional
requirementsArchitect Workday HCM solutions to ensure that all work
streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered
and mitigatedAdvise clients on industry standards and leading
practices.Demonstrate design options through the use of
prototyping.Understand and apply Workday and Accenture
methodologies.Provide the Project Manager with status updates and
keep them apprised of overall project status.Demonstrate strong
client and stakeholder management to achieve project
objectivesSupport innovation through the creation of new industry
leading methods and assetsHere's what you need:Existing and up to
date Workday Payroll Partner Certification2+ years of consulting
experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level
role, preferably with a large consulting firm2+ years of Workday
Payroll Implementations with 1+ year in a leadership roleIn-depth
knowledge of US and/or Global Payroll OperationsAbility to travel
up to 80% required by business.Education Requirement:Bachelor's
degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If
Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work
experience.Bonus points if you have:Experience in Canadian Payroll
processingWorkday Canadian Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
experienceStrong US Payroll process knowledgeDemonstrate knowledge
of the HR function & processesExperience with Payroll software such
as ADP GlobalView, (SAP), Ceridian, ADP eTime, PeopleSoft, Workday,
Oracle or UltimateCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a
wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the
specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY,
California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth
