Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1 years BCBA
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding opportunity is
available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support
students across multiple grade levels from 1st through 12th grade
in a school setting located in Springfield, MA. This contract
position involves implementing behavioral programs and
interventions to promote positive student outcomes and improve
learning environments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct functional
behavior assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to
individual student needs. - Collaborate with teachers, staff, and
families to implement behavior strategies effectively across 1st,
2nd, 3rd, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade classrooms. - Monitor progress
through data collection and adjust interventions as necessary to
maximize student success. - Provide training and support to
educational teams to build capacity in behavior management. -
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and applicable school
policies. Qualifications: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
credential required. - Experience working with students across
elementary to high school grade levels. - Strong knowledge of
behavior assessment and intervention methodologies. - Ability to
collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams. - Excellent
communication and organizational skills. Location: Springfield,
