campus. Summary of Responsibilities for job posting: The successful
candidate will teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate
levels in international business and/or related subjects;
participate in service to the IB&S Group, D’Amore-McKim School
of Business, Northeastern University, and the discipline; and
develop an appropriate independent research program necessary to
achieve and maintain AACSB qualification as a Scholarly Academic.
The successful candidate will be able to teach courses covering
topics in both international business and strategy. Preference will
be given to candidates who are qualified to teach courses related
to cross-cultural management and cultural literacy/agility.
Teaching Professor teaching in our undergraduate and graduate
programs (60%) research to maintain scholarly academic status (20%)
services to the IB&S group, DMSB and the University (20%)
Lecturer teaching in our undergraduate and graduate programs (90%)
services to the IB&S Group, DMSB and the University (10%)
Qualifications: Candidates for a Lecturer must have a Master’s
degree and candidates for a Teaching Professor must have a
doctorate in International Business, Management, or a closely
related field by the appointment start date. Candidates for
appointment at ranks above the entry-level must have at least 4
years of college teaching and/or professional experience.

Pay Range: Assistant Teaching Professor: $132,000.00 - $162,000.00
| Associate Teaching Professor: $136,000.00 - $163,000.00 |
Lecturer: $101,000 - $113,000 | Senior Lecturer: $122,000 -
$139,000 With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary
will depend on several factors, which may include your education,
experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well
as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the
role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to
change.
