Job Description Job Description Duties Perform thorough annual
preventative maintenance on customers’ heating equipment ensuring
it runs on peak efficiency Identify and repair problems with
heating/cooling equipment Understanding of oil, propane, natural
gas and air conditioning systems a plus Ability to work with our
tablet systems Ability to work independently Available to work
overtime, weekends and on call rotation Possess a valid driver
license and clean driving record Possess a valid MA oil burner
license Skills A minimum of three years of experience in oil
service MA oil burner service license. EPA 608 certificate
preferred. Plumbing experience preferred. Clean driving record.
Understanding of blueprints, plans, and manuals. Ability to pass
company-provided drug and alcohol test. Availability to work a
flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on call
shifts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and
team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
for van driving responsibilities. Physical Requirements: While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to stand and walk for prolonged lengths of time. Ability
to bend or kneel to view underside of tanks. Must be able to lift a
minimum of 10 pounds, carry, push and pull weights up to 100 pounds
without a dolly. Ability to squat, twist, reach, stretch and in
general perform work in difficult positions depending on the
location of equipment with both hands and both legs. Join our
