Job Description
RaySecur is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing RaySecur hardware and software products remotely and onsite. - Additional responsibilities include supporting new system builds, and repair of return units. - In this role, you will be responsible for successful adoption and support of cutting-edge security technologies - by some of the largest companies and government agencies in the world. - Periodic frequent travel and ability to travel on short notice is required.

Responsibilities

  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RaySecur hardware and software products.

  Perform periodic maintenance, calibrations, and software updates.
  
  
• 
  Support new system builds, return unit repairs, and quality testing.
  
  
  
  Required Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Minimum 5 years experience in a field service role supporting both hardware and software systems.
    
    
  • 
    Min. associate's degree or equivalent technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or related systems.
    
    
  • 
    Demonstrated track record of ensuring customer success.
    
    
  • 
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    
    
  • 
    Ability to travel, at times on short notice, to support field service calls.
    
    
  • 
    Proficiency in the entire Microsoft suit, especially Excel, a plus. -
