OVERVIEW OF ROLE: We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Advisor
to play a key role in the transformation of the talent function at
Home Market Foods. This is a great opportunity for someone with
experience building pipelines of maintenance mechanics, controls

continued growth and success.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leverage your deep expertise in technical roles in maintenance and
engineering in manufacturing as you develop diverse candidate
pipelines for the future.Provide a seamless candidate experience
that drives satisfaction amongst candidates and as a means to build
our reputation in the market place as a great place to
interview.Develop deep consultative relationships with hiring
managers to ensure you have a solid understanding of our roles to
drive effective talent assessments, and to flex your approach to
fit the needs of individual hiring managers.Deliver an exceptional
full cycle recruiting experience for all candidates.Craft a
sourcing strategy based on a collaboration with team members
engaging in campus recruiting, sourcing from LinkedIn and Indeed
and from your established network of technical professionals.Play
an advisory role to the TA Leadership team about new avenues to
explore to find the right talent for your roles.Bring a people
first attitude and approach to all that you do.Drive towards
recruiting outcomes reflective of established performance
metrics.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:--Bachelor s degree required5+
years of experience recruiting technical talent into maintenance
and engineering departments in a manufacturing setting.Demonstrated
experience creating talent pipelines of early career to experienced
professionals.Experience with skill and competency assessment
tools.Experience with computer systems required, including
web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications which
include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Strong relationship
building, influencing and communication skills.Greenhouse
experience is a plusThis role is open to an all remote work
environment. However, local candidates working hybrid are
preferred.
