-The Senior Software QA Engineer will play a key role in implementing test automation across our product lines, write test cases and assist with manual testing as required on one or more product lines. You should have the ability to truly understand the business requirements, help refine it as necessary and create good test plans to validate software quality. You should be very comfortable in testing data intensive products. You should have experience in working in a Lean/Agile team and be focused on increasing value.Qualified candidates will have a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent as well as 10+ years of relevant work experience.Essential Job Functions:

• Work closely with Software Developers and QA Engineers to automate test cases for products and features based on business priorities and technical specifications,
• Assist in designing and implementing automated testing tools and frameworks,
• Develop test plans and execute manual tests, as required,
• Monitor test case execution, identify, and fix problems,
• Enhance tools and processes to improve test automation,
• Develop a deep understanding of product functionality and how it relates to business goals and practices, and
• Help validate business requirements and be the voice of the customer.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of QA experience
• Good experience with testing data intensive products. Must be comfortable with data
• Strong database skills including experience with SQL
• Ability to write test plans/cases for business features that can be run as manual tests or implemented as automated tests
• Good experience building automated tests using different methods, tools and technologies
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems
• Experience with testing SAAS applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a Lean/ Agile environment
• Programming experience with Java to write unit and integration tests
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python
• Cloud development/deployment on a major cloud provider
  
  Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 PER YEAR
