Kantata, our Solutions Engineers are technical experts and
best-practice advisors who support the pre-sales process helping
our organization achieve its revenue goals. As a Senior Solutions
Engineer, you will articulate the tremendous value of our product
offering to prospective customers based on desired outcomes and
product differentiation. Additionally, as a Senior SE, you will
model demo excellence and consultative sales techniques. - What you

have to say The Job:
- Become an expert in our Salesforce-native product and
concurrently gain a deep understanding of the core processes that
drive professional services organizations
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover prospect pain and current
business operations
- Leverage your product and industry expertise to identify and
demonstrate customer solutions
- Provide dynamic value-driven demonstrations and workshops
tailored to the unique requirements, pains, and use cases of the
prospect
- Engage in the consultative selling process, partnering closely
with Account Executives and other sales-adjacent roles to develop
and execute on sales strategies for each opportunity
- Work with the Product Management team to identify
key-requirements for the product roadmap and partake in sprint
reviews, enablement sessions, and other product-focused initiatives

- Participate in trade-shows and other field-marketing
events
- Respond to technical RFPs, ensuring short-listing of the
solution
- Create video presentations and other product-centric collateral
that fuels the sales process Your Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or other
technical and relevant role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and the Force.com platform is a
plus
- Experience leading value-driven presentations to executives and
senior leaders
- Deep understanding of Software as a Service as well as common
enterprise IT requirements
- Proven familiarity with the professional services industry;
PSA; or ERP is a plus
- Experience in Enterprise segment strongly preferred Travel
- Ability to travel up to 15% is required Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to
$140,000
- This position is eligible for company-wide bonus plan and sales
incentive. *The above represents the expected salary range for this
job requisition. Other compensation considerations include:
