Acacia, now part of Cisco, designs intelligent optical
transceivers using sophisticated signal processing and photonic
integration for the 100G, 400G and 1T bit speed fiber optic
transmission market deployed in data center, metro, long-haul and
ultra-long haul telecommunication networks.
What You'll Do
As an ASIC DFT Engineer, you will insert DFT, run ATPG, generate
Patterns and run/debug simulations. You will also prepare patterns
for ATE testing and debug them as needed.

Reporting into the Acacia ASIC group, you will work with
experienced DFT engineers in a very collaborative, respectful
environment, focusing on delivering high quality, valued results.
You will interact with RTL/Timing/PD engineers, as well as the ATE
team on regular basis.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer
Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years in ASIC Design for Test flows and implementation
- Mentor Graphic's Tessent Shell experience
- Understanding of JTAG 1687 Structures
- Mush have industry experience implementing Scan control Logic
- Expert level understanding of scan compression and scan
- Knowledge of clocking architecture during various ATPG modes
such as Intest and Extest
- Experience in MemoryBIST, eFuse, repair and yield improvement
- Experience in JTAG Boundary Scan Insertion AC/DC
- Scripting experience to automate DFT flows with TCL

the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on
top of their base salary, which is split between quota and
non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at
the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue
attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds
100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five
times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For
non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales
objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans
do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive
compensation to be paid.
