We're seeking a skilled Lead Frontend Engineer to guide our frontend team and elevate our platform's user interface to new heights. Position Overview: As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be pivotal in shaping and delivering the user experience for our platform. You will lead a team of frontend engineers, drive the development of high-quality, scalable applications, and collaborate on creating innovative solutions. Your expertise in React and TypeScript will be crucial as you work to optimize our platform and ensure an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee code quality, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support, conduct code reviews, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Frontend Development:
    • Design and implement responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design prototypes into interactive and accessible components.
    • Optimize frontend applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
    • Architecture & Strategy:
      • Define and drive the frontend architecture, ensuring alignment with platform objectives and smooth integration with backend systems.
      • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to improve our frontend stack.
      • Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
      • Collaboration & Communication:
        • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.
        • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
        • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of product features and enhancements. Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
          • 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
          • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of frontend engineers.
          • Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of modern frontend development practices.
          • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
          • Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js and Go is a plus.
          • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, performance optimization techniques, and accessibility standards.
          • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
