Date Posted: 2024-09-17 Position Role Type: Onsite Raytheon is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer II to join the Effectors portfolio of factories in Tucson, AZ. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing throughput, improving efficiency, and delivering increasing value to the customer. Responsibilities include labor performance analyses, process and value stream mapping, capacity planning, factory layouts, project management, continuous improvement, and more. The role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, influence factory roadmaps, and support new production contracts and proposals. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, as well as the ability to obtain and maintain security clearances. Preferred qualifications include experience with factory layout, simulation modeling, and project management.
