Job Description:
Day-to-Day Activities ? Operate and monitor actuator and
subassembly test stands, following detailed test procedures. ? Log
test results, track failures, and document observations in JIRA or
other tracking tools. ? Perform basic debugging of mechanical or
electrical issues and escalate when needed. ? Work closely with
engineers to support root cause investigations and re-test efforts.
? Maintain test equipment and fixtures. ? Assist in setup and
bring-up of new test hardware or updated test flows. ? Support
traceability and documentation of tested parts. Required Skills ?
Experience testing mechanical or electromechanical systems in a lab
or R&D setting. ? Ability to read mechanical drawings and
electrical schematics. ? Familiarity with test instrumentation and
data logging tools. ? Strong attention to detail and clear
documentation habits. ? Comfort working independently and managing
shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Haves ?
Experience testing actuators or motion systems. ? Familiarity with
JIRA, Google Sheets, and test documentation workflows. ? Exposure
to root cause analysis or failure investigations. ? Knowledge of
safety practices around high-voltage or high-force systems. ?
Comfortable working alongside mechanical and electrical teams on
prototype hardware. We are interested in every qualified candidate
