seeking a Senior Development Engineer to join their dynamic R&D
team supporting the advancement of next-generation robotic
platforms. As a Senior Development Engineer, you will be
instrumental in developing complex electro-mechanical systems that
will transform the future of healthcare. Your expertise will
contribute to high-impact projects from prototype through
verification, ensuring compliance within a regulated medical device
environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a
seasoned engineer passionate about improving procedural control,
precision, and workflow in medical interventions. Job Title: Senior
Development Engineer Location: Newton, MA Pay Range: $50.22 What's
the Job? Design, develop, and validate electro-mechanical systems
for medical robotics applications. Create and execute test
protocols, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports for
regulatory submission. Support incoming inspection, fixture
validation, and equipment qualification activities. Collaborate
across multidisciplinary teams to drive technical solutions and
process improvements. Manage project timelines and communicate
progress effectively within cross-functional teams. What's Needed?
Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex electromechanical
system development within an R&D environment. Bachelor’s or
Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering,
or a related field. Experience working in heavily regulated
industries such as medical devices or aerospace. Proficiency in
developing test methods, protocols, and documentation release
processes. Hands-on experience with assembly, integration, and
