seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer II to join our
team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities
(SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center, supporting the SPY-6
Family of Radars in defining customer needs, functional and product
architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, system
performance, execution of system integration and analysis
activities. This role will require communication skills to convey
solutions and results to teammates and leadership. What You Will Do
Develop concepts of operations for radar systems. Radar processing
algorithm development. Radar software requirements development.
Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and
resolution. Working with Systems and Software Engineers to develop
and implement solutions Present findings and solutions to
Leadership and/or Customers. Support Missions: Travel as needed (up
to 20%) to support mission execution at various locations including
Raytheon facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer
locations. This role can be based out of Marlborough, MA or
Tewksbury MA. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a
degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. Experience
with systems: software, hardware, system requirements, integration,
and/or test. Experience with C++, Python, and/or other program
languages. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government
issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is
required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance Qualifications We Prefer Experience with design,
development, and analysis of radar system and software
architecture. Experience with signal processing techniques in
complex propagation environments. Experience developing both
functions and scripts with MATLAB. Experience in developing and
managing requirements, including use of DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo or
other digital engineering tools. Experience with evaluating systems

roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and
maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of
our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure

remote. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when
