Skills Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Effective customer communication Responsibilities Complete service calls independently and efficiently Diagnose and repair both basic and advanced service issues Provide clear, timely updates to customers and supervisors Occasionally mentor and support Service Technician I team members Growth Goal Develop into a dependable, independent field/service lead technician.
