We re looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager and ERG
liaison to join Sonos. Reporting to our Chief Diversity and
Inclusion Officer, you ll be responsible for managing projects and
implementing programs for various initiatives tied to Sonos
Diversity & Inclusion strategic plan. You ll be in the center of
critical company-wide initiatives and work closely with our People
Team to make Sonos an even better place to work for all
WHAT YOU LL DO
Program Manage the execution of Sonos diversity, equity, and
inclusion roadmap, including measuring progress & transparently
sharing learnings with management, cross-functional stakeholders &
Partner with Employee Resource Groups to implement programs and
events, share best practices, track budget, and improve processes
and coordinate cross functional collaboration among the ERGs.
As this is a company-wide effort, collaborate closely with our
people, communications, brand, workplace experience, and legal
teams on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
WHAT YOU LL NEED
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Increasingly progressive experience in HR/D&I, program
management, consulting, and/or change management, preferably in a
high-growth, global business.
Innovative problem solver who leads with questions and research,
and translates data and insights to inspire action across the
Bias to action and resilience that empowers others to navigate
ambiguity, prioritize, learn and adjust, and make progress in a
rapidly changing environment.
A make things happen Program Manager: excellent planning,
organizational & analytical skills, complemented with EQ & empathy.
You have a proven track record of prioritizing, bringing ideas to
coordinated action, operating collaboratively beyond the org chart,
and delivering impact with empathy.
Demonstrated belief in the value of diversity, equity, and
inclusion and how it can contribute to effective organizations.
