Preferred if work at Burlington, MA or St. Louis, MO location, but
remote working is an option too.
You will be responsible for the analytics that drive business
strategies while maintaining and enhancing digital sales tools in
coordination with SalesForce Effectiveness, Territory Management
and Incentive Compensation (TMIC), E-commerce and Business
Technology/Information Technology. You will also analyze business
trends, sales, orders, new business opportunities, program
marketing; evaluate customer performance for pricing strategies,
share of wallet initiatives, and internal support needs to grow the
business. You will deliver on management objectives for key
marketing initiatives, new products, and technology introductions;
manage segmentation process; maintain cluster assignments; manage
sales credits with Regional Managers and TMIC; and track budgets to
determine short and long term spend plans. You will be able to
develop a strong working relationship with Global Strategic Account
(GSA) management to ensure continuity in G2M plans; work with ISCO
(Integrated Supply Chain) to establish/review supply chain
performance metrics; coordinate and provide consolidated forecasts
using tools to collect field input; develop and maintain internal
network of stakeholders (Customer Service, Product Managers, and
MilliporeSigma Management); support QBR and financial updates;
coordinate logistics for sales team; and manage assigned house
accounts (order placements and forecasts).
Who You Are:
* Bachelor's degree or higher degree in business, chemistry, or
* 5+ years' experience in a commercial role, sales support role, or
customer facing role within a Life Sciences Company.
* Broad understanding of products, services and technologies for
diagnostic manufacturing, and our competition and industry
* Ability to work in a complex, multi-cultural, and diverse selling
* Working knowledge of digital tools including but not limited to
SFDC, Tableau, Compass Dx, and Redox.
* Strong working knowledge of diagnostic
