Job DescriptionYour CareerThe Americas Sales and Business Services Team is part of the Americas Go-To-Market organization. This is a high profile role reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Services. We---re looking for a senior-level individual who is highly organized, proactive, and possesses both a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail. The role involves supporting Business Services and operationalizing several high value elements of sales and GTM support to run the operational cadence for sales execution and productivity.This is a strategic role (not administrative) for someone who wants to be at the intersection of Strategy and Execution. Working closely with Americas Sales leadership, this role will leverage data and analytics to scope, prioritize and deliver sales execution and sales productivity enhancing programs. Responsible for developing consistent standards for selling motions, isolating sales needs for prioritization of resources, documenting formal sales processes, integrating change and expansion as necessary, and evolving sales metrics and playbooks to achieve GTM goals. Your ImpactProvide day-to-day support to the Americas Sales Business Services on a range of mission critical and highly visible workstreams for the GTMHelp run the cadence for our strategic decision-making including supporting QBRs, strategic sales initiatives, major decision meetings, etc. while making sure key actions and decisions are being driven by the right stakeholders to achieve targeted outcomesPartner with internal constituents including company executives as well as the sales, services, finance, marketing, product, human resources, and analytics teamsSupport Business Services organization in building out Americas GTM process infrastructure (sales process documentation, field execution templates, decision-making models, action item capture, etc.) and provide non-administrative programs to leadership to ensure we're running smoothlyDrive complex project timelines, managing diverse stakeholders and holding cross functional teammates accountable against incremental deliverables, with clear alignment to big picture goals and outcomes.Deliver proactive status updates and where possible, report on leading indicators of incremental program success; adjust, taking course corrective actions as neededSupport the creation of mission-critical presentations for the Americas Sales Leadership and Business Services Leadership including but not limited to Exec Summary Decks, Segment-Specific updates, Performance Visibility, etc.Work with analytics teams to support the development of analysis / dashboards and resulting insight generation for sales programs and initiativesRecommend and implement new programs, processes, and analytics to drive incremental evolution and improvement for the Americas GTMQualificationsYour Experience6 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in management consulting or ---bizops--- functionsStrong undergrad academic credentials and a history of early career successEffective verbal and written communication ability and comfortable with both business and technical discussions with senior audiencesSuccessful track record of Project or Program Management and comfort independently driving process for multi-faceted efforts with many stakeholdersCollaborative team player willing to go beyond strategy in order to support execution and realizationFluency in developing executive ready slides, leading analysis and data-driven insight generation efforts is criticalSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, innovative, high-growth environments with minimal supervisionExperience in managing confidential and private information with discretion, judgment and diplomacyExpertise in enterprise technology and knowledge of the go to market is a plus but not requiredAdditional InformationWe---re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity---s status quo.
