team. The ideal candidate finds excitement in taking ambitious,
complex ideas and translating them with cross-functional teams into
focused strategies and actionable plans, then seeing them through.
S/he is the voice of the program, being as much an active
contributor/influencer in team dialogue and debate as a driver of
effective execution. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the
Senior Director/Director, Program Leadership will lead drug
development program teams spanning preclinical development through
post-commercialization, depending on the asset stage,
oversee/manage ex-US alliances, and directly manage future PM
hire(s). This includes effectively:
