Fidelity is embarking on a multi-year journey to establish an Enterprise product organization that will unify our Marketing and Communication Technology capabilities across Fidelity! We believe this unification in conjunction with investments in best of breed capabilities will transform Fidelity into a customer-backed, data-driven, digital-first and efficient Modern Marketer and Communicator.

We are seeking a MarTech Product Owner/Leader to lead agile product squads to define and deliver the solution roadmap for Marketing Data and AdTech capabilities. This leader will join the Enterprise Marketing Technology organization as a member of a Channel Delivery Capability Area. They will lead definition and implementation of the destination state in partnership with other MarTech, Data, Customer Experience, Legal and Compliance teams across business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment of existing AdTech capabilities at Fidelity and drive the next stage of evolution for AdTech capabilities. Capabilities should address:
    • Optimal digital identity resolution, matching and audience building
    • Widening Fidelity's reach through smart mix of supply side capabilities like DSPs
    • Connecting experiences in Paid with owned media experiences
    • Social engagement and secured interactions with customers
    • Increasing reach through various audience generation techniques available through Partners like Google, Facebook, etc.
    • Compatibility with evolving Privacy landscape
    • Integrated function with other marketing orchestration and customer data functions
    • Use of optimization techniques (Creative in Display, Video in YouTube, Search, etc.)
    • Increased penetration into addressable media
    • Lead the charter to assemble and provide actionable Marketing-purposed customer data:
      • Assess current state of marketing-purposed customer data capabilities
      • Lead the definition of marketing data needs in partnership with Marketing practitioner teams
      • Partner with Technology and Architecture teams to define the solution blueprint for organizing marketing-purposed data and conveying data to marketing orchestration capabilities
      • Drive integration discussions around real-time, streaming and batch marketing data use cases
      • Serve as the Marketing Data steward to the organization
      • Lead market scans to inform build vs. buy (leading industry solutions) discussions and conduct vendor product evaluation/selection based on requirements
      • Lead an agile product delivery team comprised of technology, architecture, business analysis and project management personnel to deliver the product roadmap capabilities
      • Lead product roadmap planning and solution demos
      • Own budgetary and spend responsibilities for AdTech capabilities
      • Provide senior leadership updates on progress towards goals
        The Expertise and Skills You Bring
        • 10+ years of experience working in high volume digital marketing/experience solutions delivery
        • 3+ years as a Product Owner responsible for AdTech solutions delivery (ex: LiveRamp, Adobe/Salesforce/Neustar DMP, etc.)
        • 2+ years as a Product Owner responsible for Customer Data solutions in support of Marketing use cases (CDP, Marketing Data Warehouse, etc.)
        • Strong working understanding of how AdTech can be leveraged to reach and engage the right customers and prospects in the digital wild
        • Fully conversant in digital onboarding, digital identity resolution, DMP to DSP syndication
        • Experience in leveraging Google and Facebook capabilities in optimizing Search, Display and Social engagement
        • Experience building anonymous audience intelligence solutions using on us and off us data that will facilitate building of audiences for targeting
        • Understanding of web and mobile device-level privacy handling and cookie relevance, potential impact of Industry changes and ability to formulate an action plan to adapt
        • Experience integrating with cross-channel marketing solutions
        • Foundational understanding of tag management and digital analytics
        • Exposure to MTA and MMM concepts and tools
        • Ability to craft a roadmap that is based on a robust Enterprise intake and prioritization process; delivers incremental value at a regular cadence through an iterative approach
        • Experience in agile-based delivery model
        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
        • Demonstrable experience in global product delivery settings
        • Experience handling vendor relationships and influencing their platform roadmap
        • Ideal candidate will have financial services, insurance services, media & entertainment or retail industry experience
        • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, computer science or a related field
